Prices include all disposable knives, forks, and plates along w/ Set up buffet with wire chaffing racks, disposable pans, clean up of our prep area. Typical buffet time duration is 1-2 hours of food service as requested or as needed. If you need our staff to stay longer than scheduled, additional fees will be charged for each staff person onsite.

Gratuity is a separate fee and is left to the clients discretion and should never be solicited by our staff.  It is for the individuals that actually work the event as a team effort.  You might only see two people perform the job, but it might have taken up to six other people to make the event happen. 


To reserve your event a deposit of 25% is due at booking. The balance, along with your final head count, is due 7 days prior to your event.

Service Staff
Our staff is dressed in black shorts or pants and red or white polo shirts.
Sales Tax, gratuity, delivery are additional.

Staffing requirements vary according to group size and party involvement.


$75.00 Per Staff. We require one server per 40-50 guests
5 hours minimum for staff persons (This includes set up and breakdown time)
Additional Staff are added accordingly.
One Staff person is required for events up to 50 guests. 
Groups of 50 to 150 usually require two to three Staff Persons
Groups over 150 to 350 usually require three to five Staff Persons
Groups over  351 to 500 usually require five to seven Staff Persons
Groups over  501 to 1000 generally require eight to eleven Staff Persons
Our buffets are self serve and food prep and food levels are maintained by the staff persons. 
Servers are available and need to be requested as needed

$150.00 Per Chef
5 hours minimum (This includes set up and breakdown time)
Additional chefs are added accordingly.
One Chef is required for events for up to 150 guests.

$75.00 Per Chef Assistant
5 hours minimum (This includes set up and breakdown time)
Groups of 150 to 200 usually require one Chef and one Chef Assistant
Groups over 200 to 350 usually require two Chefs and two Chef Assistants
Groups over  351 to 500 usually require three Chefs and two Chef Assistants
Groups over  501 to 1000 generally require an three Chefs and three Chef Assistants
Our buffets are cooked at your location by the Chef and by Chef assistant staff persons.

3% Service Charge covers all
company expenses from the first contact through the final contact and covers everything in between. The 3% Service Charge is not a Gratuity. Service charge helps us to defer expenses associated with catering events. It includes all personnel actions such as insurance, phone calls, food ordering, travel - portal to portal, administrative, clerical, loading and unloading away from the catered location.  It also includes the  cleaning of our equipment before, after & all other costs associated with your event. It covers all expenses away from your event.

Children under 5 are no charge. Children 6 to 10 are half price.
